JomBook AI Terms

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using JomBook AI, you agree to these terms.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information.
• Ensure you have rights to the data you upload.
• Comply with applicable laws, including PDPA and messaging policies.
• No spam, fraud, or abusive behavior.

3. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features.

4. Billing

Prices are in RM unless stated. Promotions (e.g., 50% off first month) apply as advertised. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled.

5. Data & privacy

We handle data per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your end-customer consents and notices.

6. Content and conduct

You must not use the platform for illegal content, harassment, or violations of channel rules (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel anytime; some data may remain in backups for a limited period.

8. Limitation of liability

JomBook AI is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
