How JomBook AI handles your data

We respect PDPA requirements and protect your data end-to-end.

What we collect

Account info: name, email, business details.
Customer info you store: contacts, bookings, orders, chat transcripts.
Usage and technical logs: device, browser, IP (for security and analytics).
Payment metadata from payment providers (not full card numbers).

How we use data

To provide and improve chatbot, bookings, orders, inventory, and CRM features.
To send service emails (account, billing, system updates).
To prevent abuse and ensure security and uptime.

Sharing

We share data only with essential processors: hosting, databases, analytics, and payment gateways (e.g., FPX, DuitNow, e-wallet providers). We do not sell data.

Retention & deletion

We retain data while you have an active account or as required by law. You can request deletion of customer data or your account. Backups are cycled; deleted data is removed from active systems and then from backups as they expire.

Security

Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Role-based access controls and audit trails for admin actions.
Least-privilege access to production systems.
